General Position Summary

Process inbound and outbound inventory supplies under the direction of the Warehouse Manager. Focus on accuracy in the receipt of incoming supplies and preparation of outgoing deliveries. Operate equipment general warehouse equipment. Keep track of inventory items and operational supplies. Contribute to a clean and safe work environment.


Position Specific Competencies

Warehouse-general operations

  • Warehouse Safety-Be knowledgeable about and contribute to a safe warehouse work environment.
  • Shipping and receiving-inbound shipments of a variety of products from donors.
  • Supply distribution-occasional travel to program sites to assist with supply distribution
  • Training-actively participate in quarterly training and other trainings as required
  • Pallet assembly-build safe pallets for customer deliveries
  • Meet deadlines
  • Ability to lift 50lbs plus
  • Meet/follow all OSHA and Safety regulations
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written

Equipment Operation

  • Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks and pallet jacks.

  • Ability to lift 50lbs plus

Education/Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma Or equivalent. Some college preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience in warehouse environment.
  • Experience working in Indian Country.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Forklift Certified-preferred
