As a Bakery Senior Lead, you'll play a critical role in supporting bakery operations, leading associates on the production floor, and helping ensure we safely produce high-quality products that customers love. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy coaching teams while staying hands-on in operations, this could be the role for you.
What you'll do:
  • Support daily bakery production operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals
  • Coordinate workflow and provide floor leadership for bakery associates during assigned shifts
  • Troubleshoot operational and production issues and escalate concerns when needed
  • Assist with startup, shutdown, and product changeovers
  • Train and mentor team members on GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and standard operating procedures
  • Reinforce accountability, teamwork, and performance expectations
  • Monitor production paperwork, material usage, and operational efficiency
  • Communicate closely with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Production leadership teams
  • Promote a safe work environment and compliance with OSHA, USDA, BRC, and company standards

When you'll work - 2nd Shift
This role supports our 2nd Shift bakery operations, 2:00pm-10:30pm. Team members should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and supporting weekend operations as needed.

  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed
