Our client, a well-established commercial painting contractor in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an experienced Commercial Paint Project Manager to join their growing team. Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Paint Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial painting projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial painting projects while maintaining quality, safety, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple commercial painting projects simultaneously
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and other trade partners
• Supervise painting crews and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Review and process change orders
• Conduct regular site visits and project status meetings
• Manage material procurement and inventory
• Prepare detailed project documentation and reports
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of commercial painting project management experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial painting materials, techniques, and applications
• Proven experience with project scheduling and budget management
