Are you an experienced Paint Crew Lead with a skilled crew that takes pride in quality workmanship and professionalism? If so, we want to hear from you! CertaPro Painters is seeking experienced painting subcontractor crews to join our team and start working immediately. We offer steady work opportunities, organized project management, on-time pay, and treat our painters with respect. Projects may include:

  • Residential interior & exterior painting
  • Commercial painting projects
  • Cabinet refinishing
  • Drywall repair & texture work
  • Staining & clear-coating
  • Minor carpentry repairs

As an experienced painter, you understand that attention to detail, professionalism, cleanliness, and communication with homeowners and project management are essential to a successful project. We are looking for dependable crews that:

  • Deliver high-quality workmanship

  • Operate as a subcontractor (1099)
  • Crew Lead must be present throughout the project
  • Crew Lead OR someone on the crew must speak conversational English to communicate with homeowners and project management
  • 5+ years of professional painting experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Professional-grade equipment (sprayers, ladders, drop cloths, etc.)
  • Smartphone for communication, photos, and work orders
  • Ability to complete projects safely, efficiently, and professionally
