TruBlue of East Wake & Northern Johnston County is a new locally owned franchise opening in our community. We provide professional handyman services, home maintenance, and safety modifications that help seniors age safely in place while supporting busy families throughout Wake and Johnston Counties.
We're looking for a skilled and dependable Lead Home Service Technician who takes pride in quality work, communicates professionally with customers, and wants to help build something special from the ground floor.
What You'll Do
• Perform residential repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects
• Complete work involving drywall, painting, flooring, trim, doors, minor plumbing, and minor electrical
• Diagnose issues and develop practical solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the TruBlue brand professionally
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Assist in building a reputation for excellence throughout the community
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of paid handyman, remodeling, maintenance, or home repair experience
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple types of projects
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Comfortable working in occupied homes, including homes of seniors and vulnerable adults
• Must provide and maintain personal hand tools
