1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:30am–5:00pm

Friday: Overtime as needed

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $18 - $20+, Based on experience

What You’ll Do

Bring your craftsmanship and precision to a team that values quality! Responsibilities include:

  • Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, mask, and prime surfaces for flawless paint adhesion.
  • Material Mixing: Accurately mix paints, primers, and coatings per specifications.
  • Paint Application: Apply coatings using gravity-fed spray guns.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain spray guns and related equipment.
  • Safety First: Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.

It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997. Currently, there are 19 total branch offices with 16 located throughout Wisconsin and a recent acquisition has expanded SEEK’s portfolio to 3 branch offices in the Twin Cities.
