Job description

We are hiring a Master Painter / Field Supervisor to lead commercial paint and drywall work across our portfolio of properties.
You are:
  • A seasoned professional with 10+ years of commercial painting experience, including supervision of crews and coordination with GCs and other trades.
  • Highly skilled in drywall finishing standards (Level 4-5), surface prep, product/system selection, and achieving consistent, high-end results.
  • Comfortable running multiple jobs, planning manpower and materials, and keeping projects on schedule and on budget.
  • Strong on communication: you can talk with tenants, property managers, and owners professionally and resolve issues in real time.
  • Organized, safety-minded, and able to train and mentor less-experienced painters and drywall finishers.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise field crews on commercial paint and drywall projects (TI, renovations, repaints, and repairs).
  • Review scopes, drawings, and specs; plan sequence of work, labor needs, and material orders.
  • Ensure quality control: prep, finish standards, color accuracy, and punch-list completion.
  • Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and building staff to minimize disruption in occupied spaces.
  • Enforce safety policies and jobsite cleanliness, conduct toolbox talks, and document daily progress.
  • Help with field estimating: walk jobs, identify conditions, and provide input on production rates and durations.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of commercial painting; strong drywall repair/finishing background preferred.
  • Prior experience as a lead, foreman, or supervisor.
  • Ability to read plans and specs and use basic technololgy (email, photos, simple apps) for reporting.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to move between sites as needed.

Benefits
What we offer:
  • Steady pipeline of commercial work with a professional management team.
  • Competitive pay and responsibility that matches your experience.
