Painter Sales Leader (Part-Time, Commission Based) North Hollywood, CA

Los Angeles, CA โ€ข On-site

$4.0K - $15K/wk

Full-time, Part-time

Re-posted 8 days ago

Job description

Painter Sales Leader (Part-Time, Commission-Based)

Location: North Hollywood, CA (covering Valley + Greater LA)
Type: Part-time / Flexible Schedule
Compensation: On-site visit fee + ~10% commission per sale
Earning Potential: $400-$1,500 per closed deal

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Leader for our Painting Department - someone who understands painting and construction projects, can perform accurate on-site assessments, and knows how to close deals. This is a high-ticket sales role: most painting jobs range from $4,000 to $15,000, giving you the opportunity to earn strong commissions for just a few hours of work per project.

This is not a hands-on painting job.
We need a professional who can confidently evaluate homes, communicate with clients, and represent the company with integrity.

What You Will Do
  • Conduct on-site visits for project assessments
  • Prepare cost estimates and explain scope/options to homeowners
  • Present services and close painting contracts
  • Manage client communication throughout the sales cycle
  • Coordinate with operations and quality-check completed jobs
  • Work only with inbound leads provided by the company (no cold calling)
Who We're Looking For
  • Experience in painting, construction, or home improvement projects
  • Ability to assess job complexity and estimate costs accurately
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Professional, reliable, and trust-building with clients
  • Preferred: former foreman, estimator, or site supervisor
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and flexible schedule

Important:
We do not hire active painters for this position - to avoid conflicts of interest and ensure clients stay within the company.

Why This Role Is Attractive

High earning potential from commissions
No cold outreach - we provide consistent inbound leads
Flexible part-time structure (3-5 visits per week)
Opportunities to grow into a Sales Manager or Department Leader
Ideal for someone who wants additional income without full-time commitment

About Us

We are a fast-growing home services company serving the Greater Los Angeles region. Our Painting Department is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for a sales professional who wants to grow with us and build a high-performing division.
