Industrial Painter
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Industrial Painter for a company based in Cullman, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a structural steel manufacturer.
Pay Rate
Based on experience
Schedule and Hours
Sunday 11pm to 7am / Monday through Thursday 9pm to 7am
Industrial Painter Duties and Responsibilities
  • Weigh and measure chemicals, coatings, or paints before adding them to paint equipment.
  • Select appropriate coating to formulas, using paint mixing equipment.
  • Set up and operate machines to paint or coat products.
  • Continuously check equipment temperature, air pressure and circulation, and the flow or spray of coatings or paints.
  • Transfer completed items or products from paint areas to drying or storage areas.
Industrial Painter Qualifications and Requirements
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently and with a team.
  • Flexible to change and open to constructive feedback.
  • Strong communication skills.
