Weekend Day Shift: Saturday, Sunday and Monday

Painter - The Paint Hanger is expected to safely complete supervised powder coat paint established procedures, processes, or policies. Paint Hangers safely and efficiently load and unload raw parts from the paint line. The Paint Hangers are expected to move efficiently and safely with the end result being a ready to use part or assembly.
Major Responsibilities
Loading, transferring, and unloading of parts on and/or from paint line
Process each part by hanging/racking to paint application
Inspect quality of parts before and after finishing process
Perform work duties in a safe manner and in accordance with policy (including wearing required proper personal protective equipment, work habits and performing appropriate housekeeping duties)
Constantly work in a constantly high heat environment
Inspect quality of parts before and after finishing process
Exchange and break down racks and prepare for burn-off
Maintain proper counts
Report all scrap
Perform stock handling duties as required
Maintain a clean work environment
Minimum Job Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of experience
