Automotive Elegance is seeking a skilled and motivatedAutomotive Window Tint Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, works efficiently both independently and collaboratively, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicle window surfaces for installation and identify potential issues prior to tint application
  • Safely remove and reinstall interior vehicle panels and trim as needed for proper installation
  • Accurately plot, cut, and apply window film using industry-best practices
  • Perform thorough quality inspections to ensure a flawless finish and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all vehicles meet safety and roadworthy standards prior to delivery
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs for tinting materials and tools
  • Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and manufacturer specifications
  • Collaborate with team members and assist with additional shop duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous professional automotive window tinting experience required
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
