Job description

The Painting Maintenance Mechanic I performs maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior building surfaces. This work is performed under general supervision using the tools and techniques of painting and plastering technology.

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of painting techniques, procedures and materials.
  • 5 years related work experience.
  • Must be able to navigate electronically. Enters their own material list daily on the computer. Tints paint with a computerized tinter. Yearly training bundles and self evaluations are done on the computer
