This role requires managing project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact between clients and the painting team, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
 Key Responsibilities:Plan and oversee painting projects from start to finish.
Utilize Work Orders, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations.
Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
Schedule and supervise painting crews and other project personnel.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to address any issues or delays. Ensure quality control by conducting regular site inspections and addressing any defects. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Provide regular updates to clients and address any concerns or feedback.
