drywall repair. We're now launching a new business that helps painting contractors

across the United States add drywall repair as a profitable new service through

training, marketing, systems, and a membership platform.

We're looking for a Membership Operations Manager who wants to help build a national

company from the ground up. Working directly with ownership, you'll transform years

of proven business experience into systems, training, marketing, and educational

content that will help painting contractors across the country grow their businesses.


Primary Responsibilities


Process & Systems

• Document company processes and SOPs

• Organize business systems and resources

• Create training guides and templates

Membership Development

• Help build and improve our national contractor membership program

• Develop onboarding and educational materials

• Keep content organized and up to date

Marketing & Content

• Create presentations, brochures, and marketing materials

• Assist with website, email, and social media content

• Help develop marketing campaigns to reach painting contractors across the United

States

• Coordinate educational videos and training resources

Project Coordination

• Keep projects on schedule

• Coordinate with vendors and freelancers

• Research tools and ideas to improve the business
