Job Summary
Our Pavement Maintenance Technicians utilize our specialized equipment and apply materials on pavement surfaces in order to provide maximum value for our clients' pavement assets.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Operate high-quality equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling, and sealcoating
  • Tow and transport equipment trailers (e.g., asphalt, sealcoat, enclosed trailers) safely to and from job sites
  • Assist with other pavement services as needed
  • Plan and execute projects with attention to detail and quality
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free job site
  • Clean and maintain equipment regularly; report issues or needed repairs to the Operations Manager
  • Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
  • Work as part of a close-knit, high-performing crew

Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Valid driver's license with clean record (Driver's Abstract required)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Punctual, detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • Self-motivated, critical thinker who enjoys problem-solving
  • Experience towing equipment trailers is an asset (or willingness to learn)
  • Physically able to walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs
  • Able to work independently without supervision
  • Experience with small engines (e.g., lawnmowers, generators) is an asset
  • Past experience playing team sports is a plus
  • Engineering or technical education or training is an asset
