This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to help shape the future of our in-house production team.

  • Inspect work for quality and address issues before project completion
  • Manage materials, equipment, and job site organization
  • Promote a positive, accountable, and team-first culture

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • 5+ years of professional painting experience
  • Previous experience leading a crew or serving as a foreman
  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial painting techniques
  • Experience with spraying, brushing, rolling, prep work, drywall repairs, and finishing

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience

  • Opportunities for advancement into Production Manager or Field Supervisor roles
  • A company that values quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Who You'll Work With

You'll report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in building and strengthening our in-house production team. We're looking for someone who wants to be a long-term leader—not just another painter.

If You're Someone Who...

  • Takes pride in doing things the right way
  • Leads by example instead of just giving orders
  • Enjoys teaching and helping others improve
  • Wants to help build something bigger than yourself

...we'd love to meet you.

Apply today and help us build the best painting team in the area.
