CertaPro Painters, an industry leading service organization, has an immediate opening for an experienced Field Supervisor for our residential painting division.

Job Overview:

This position will be responsible for managing and checking on painting crews and customers daily. This person will directly oversee 10 to 15 painting crews.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Daily interaction with customers and crews.
  • Checking on painting jobs for quality control.
  • Creates game plan and monitors progress on all large jobs.
  • Ensures crews are following customer services standards.
  • Ensures all paperwork is completed and turned in properly.
  • Some evening and weekend work will be required.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years supervisory experience overseeing crews.

Painting preferred but not required,

Bilingual required

Valid driver's license

Comfortable with technology

Customer service motivated

Proven ability to get things done

Honesty

Team player
