Rally Construction Group is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction painting operations across multiple communities. This leader will manage field crews, maintain production schedules, ensure exceptional workmanship, and build strong relationships with builders while delivering projects safely, on time, and to Rally's quality standards.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead and supervise painting crews across multiple active projects and crews 
  • Coordinate daily schedules and manpower to meet builder timelines  
  • Conduct quality inspections throughout the painting process and before builder walkthroughs  
  • Ensure proper surface preparation, application techniques, and finished product quality  
  • Work closely with Project Managers and builders to resolve field issues and punch items  
  • Monitor labor productivity, project progress, and material usage  
  • Train, mentor, and develop field supervisors and crew leaders  
  • Enforce company safety policies and maintain clean, organized jobsites 

What You Need: 

  • 3+ years of residential painting experience  
  • Previous experience leading crews, foremen, or field teams preferred  
  • Strong knowledge of residential painting techniques, finishes, and quality standards  
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects and prioritize competing deadlines  
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills 
  • Ability to read plans per this scope of work  
  • Valid driver's license
