Job description

To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation,
each essential function satisfactorily.
  • Must be able to mix and measure paint per specifications.
  • Review work order and confirm mixed paint and part match, prior to painting in booth
  • Clean parts as per specification Paint part according to specification and thickness
  • Keep paint booth filters changed, booth FOD free and complete paperwork.
  • Post paint inspection of parts for appearance and proper coverage.
  • Able to paint effectively on different surfaces and metals
  • Applies some advanced skills that allow employee to adapt and meet some complex or non-routine situations
  • Observe safety regulations and wear protective masks and clothing during spray painting operations.
  • Complete the paint daily checklist.
  • Properly utilizes all PPE required under OSHA Guidelines.
  • Maintains all paint equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
