The Paintless Dent Repair Technician is responsible to ensure that store used car inventory is front line ready for resale maintaining company standards.
  • Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory instructions and standards
  • Treats all co-workers, customers, and vendors professionally and with respect.
  • Maintains Attendance and Punctuality
  • Adheres to Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area. Keeps area free of debris
  • Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to the dealership dress code
  • Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards
  • Check parts against estimate and ensure proper parts are ordered and received
  • Notifies management of any additional repairs needed. Documents any additional parts and labor required to perform a satisfactory repair.
  • Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time
  • Maintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair.
  • Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
  • Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners and other hazardous materials. Reports any deviations to management
  • Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles
  • Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
  • Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner
  • Follows federal, state and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all information.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of new technology to gain additional practice
  • Must be able to work individually and as part of a team
  • Must be organized, professional & have a positive attitude
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Must pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)
