Job description

Now Hiring: Industrial Painter
Do you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and like working both indoors and outdoors? AGRILAND FS is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our Construction team as an Industrial Painter. This position offers the opportunity to travel, work on a variety of projects, and help maintain and improve our facilities throughout Iowa and beyond.
What You'll Do:
  • Paint new LP, Fuel, and NH₃ bulk plants, nurse tanks, and other facilities
  • Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, pressure washing, and media blasting
  • Mix and apply industrial coatings using spray equipment, brushes, and rollers
  • Inspect finished work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
  • Operate equipment including manlifts, paint sprayers, and media blasting machines
  • Coordinate the delivery and pickup of project materials and supplies
  • Travel throughout Iowa and occasionally to southern states during the winter for scheduled projects
  • Support construction teams and local locations when weather conditions prevent painting work
