Craftsmen Contractors is currently seeking an experienced Painting Foreman for our client in Jacksonville, FL.

We are looking for a dependable, experienced leader who can oversee painting crews, maintain quality standards, and provide excellent customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead painting crews on job sites
  • Coordinate daily work and ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Maintain high-quality painting standards
  • Communicate professionally with customers and address their needs
  • Ensure crews follow proper job-site procedures and safety standards
  • Assist with resolving job-site issues as they arise


Requirements

  • Previous professional painting experience
  • Previous painting foreman or crew-lead experience
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a crew
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently


Schedule

Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed.
