Job Description:
Shift: (8am to 4:30pm )
As a Painter you would be responsible for performing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Perform repair and refinishing task (to include, but not limited to the following)
  • Painting Wallpapering
  • Proficient in ceiling and wall textures and finishes Stucco
  • Staining Varnishing
  • Refinish doors, furniture, walls, ceiling, and external structures
  • Visually inspect and diagnose finish failure problems to ensure quality appearance of guestrooms, public space and back of house facilities
  • Maintain inventory of paint and paint supplies. Maintains a clean, neat shop work area, sweeping and cleaning as vital.
  • Maintain accurate functioning of all equipment and tools. Establishes a clear line of communication with the engineering leadership.
  • Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed.

  • Minimum of 1 year preferred experience in facilities maintenance
  • Ability to follow basic written and verbal directions, climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, grasp, stoop, reach overhead
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • 3-5 years or more of related experience
  • Current State's driver's license

Compensation: 16.00 per hour
