Job description

Essential Responsibilities . Operate, monitor and service paint line delivery and rinse systems. . Monitor pH levels, replace filters and add chemicals to rinse system as directed. . Prepare, deliver and switch paint and catalyst when necessary. . Ability to detect malfunctions and take corrective action on processes as necessary. . Working knowledge of paint and solvent chemistry and mixing processes . Teach and train operators in job specific functions and techniques. . Ensure processes result in production of quality product. . Direct booth and station changeovers as well as the flow of materials and products to and from various work stations. . Assist and work together with other personnel to ensure adherence to safety and environmantal rules and regulations, . Notify the appropriate personnel of matters concerning product quality, process, efficiency, or standards. . Complete and maintain all required paperwork . Conduct paint inventory and request new supplies when required . Monitor and maintain cleanliness of paint delivery and rinse systems . Ability to use and understand Mack Molding's ISO policies and procedures. . Follow all safety rules and regulations. . Maintain Mack's standard of housekeeping in all areas. . Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
