Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a company delivery vehicle to complete scheduled customer deliveries within assigned service areas.
Load, secure, transport, and unload merchandise while following all safety procedures and DOT requirements.
Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction, resolving routine delivery questions and escalating issues when necessary.
Utilize handheld technology to manage delivery routes, obtain customer signatures, and document delivery completion.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
Verify order accuracy and ensure merchandise is delivered in excellent condition.
Maintain compliance with company policies, vehicle safety standards, and applicable transportation regulations.
Support warehouse operations as needed, including pulling, stocking, staging, and inventory-related activities.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Communicate proactively regarding delivery delays, route changes, or customer concerns.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED General studies or technical school graduate or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) between 14,500 and 26,000 pounds.
Ability to meet all applicable DOT requirements and maintain required medical certification.
Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds, with team - lift support available for heavier items.
Strong commitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime when business needs require.

Previous route delivery, final- mile delivery, or customer facing delivery experience.
Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
