Job description

We are seeking motivated entrepreneurs to become Licensees of our mobile Paint & Sip brand. As a Licensee, you will operate a flexible, low-overhead business that brings fun, creative paint-and-sip experiences directly to customers at private homes, corporate events, parties, community venues, and pop-up locations. You will own and run your own mobile operation under our established brand, systems, and support—serving clients who want memorable, social art experiences without the need for a fixed studio.

Role Summary
The Licensee is an independent business owner responsible for building, marketing, and delivering high-quality mobile Paint & Sip events in an assigned territory. You will manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, client relationships, and growth while following brand standards for experience quality, safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and operate a mobile Paint & Sip business in your territory, including setup, transportation, and breakdown of equipment and supplies for each event.
  • Book, schedule, and deliver private parties, corporate team-building sessions, girls’-night-outs, birthday events, fundraisers, and public pop-ups.
  • Provide engaging instruction and facilitation so guests of varying skill levels create finished paintings in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
  • Manage inventory of canvases, paints, brushes, easels, and related supplies; maintain equipment in good working order.
  • Market the business through social media, local partnerships, networking, email, and referral programs to generate consistent bookings.
  • Handle client communication, contracts, deposits, payments, and post-event follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, alcohol service rules (where applicable), insurance requirements, and brand guidelines for safety and quality.
  • Track finances, expenses, and performance metrics; reinvest in growth and maintain professional standards.
  • Represent the brand positively and uphold the guest experience that defines our reputation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and grow a flexible, mobile business.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and comfort leading groups of 8–30+ people in a fun, encouraging environment.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to transport, set up, and break down mobile event equipment.
  • Basic artistic ability or willingness to learn simple step-by-step painting instruction (prior professional art training is helpful but not required).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with sales, marketing, and independent scheduling.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends (peak event times) and adapt to varying event locations.
  • Legal ability to operate a business in the territory and meet any local licensing or insurance requirements.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in event coordination, hospitality, teaching/instruction, sales, or small-business ownership.

What We Provide

  • Brand license and use of established name, logo, and marketing materials.
  • Proven systems, event formats, painting designs, and operational playbooks.
  • Initial training on instruction techniques, setup, booking processes, and customer experience standards.
  • Ongoing access to new painting designs, marketing templates, and operational support.
  • Guidance on sourcing supplies and recommended equipment packages.

Investment & Structure
Licensees operate as independent business owners under a license agreement. Details on initial license fee, ongoing royalties or fees (if any), territory size, and support package are provided during the application and discovery process.

How to Apply
Interested candidates should submit a brief overview of their background, relevant experience, and why they are interested in operating a mobile Paint & Sip business. Selected applicants will receive full details on the opportunity, investment requirements, and next steps.

This role is ideal for someone who wants the independence of business ownership combined with the structure and brand recognition of an established concept—bringing creativity, social connection, and memorable experiences directly to customers wherever they are.
