Chemours is seeking a Capital Project Scheduler to join our team. This position will be remote.

Functioning at both a strategic and tactical level, the Capital Project Scheduler is accountable for the delivery and execution of the end-to-end integrated schedule development and management processes for all assigned projects throughout the lifecycle of the projects. Targeted support for capital projects encompasses some of the most strategic growth, sustainability or asset support projects in the company.

While the Capital Project Scheduler will support and occasionally travel to multiple locations, this role is preferably intended to be based at any of our Chemours sites, to maximize your impact through close collaboration with project teams and ensure seamless execution of world-class capital projects.

This role provides leadership and management of the schedule working with the Project Manager, project team, and business leadership. At Chemours, performance is central to "what" and "how" we perform in our individual roles.

The "how" responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Collaborate within the project team and across key teams to develop, maintain and deliver the project schedule

  • Drive results with an owner's mindset to challenge the status quo and ensure that each Chemours dollar is invested wisely as a key member of the project team

  • Be courageous and transparent with information in order to create a shared understanding of project timelines and associated risks or opportunities

  • Communicate effectively at multiple levels in the organization

  • Manage ambiguity with a can-do attitude for problem solving

The "what" responsibilitiesof the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases, functions, and activities in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.

  • Provide expert guidance on schedule structure, level of detail, and coordination to support efficient project execution.

  • Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing, and hierarchy aligned with project plans.

  • Establish and track key schedule performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor progress.

  • Evaluate schedules for accuracy, feasibility, and competitiveness throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Determine resourceloading requirements, apply resource data to schedules, and highlight critical resource constraints.

  • Perform critical path and schedule risk analyses, identifying deviations and recommending mitigation strategies.

  • Lead schedule review/status meetings and deliver timely schedule updates per the schedule management plan.

  • Develop and communicate clear schedule reports and insights that support decisionmaking.

  • Partner with engineering, construction, and cost engineering teams to track progress, assess earned value, and support changemanagement processes.

The following is required for this role:

  • 7+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant project scheduling experience for total project lifecycle through Front end engineering through construction

  • Proficient user of Oracle's Primavera (P6) scheduling software

  • Ability to manage multiple project tasks and quickly initiate changes in plan when appropriate

  • Ability to effectively interact with and influence people at all levels within and outside of Chemours

  • Ability to travel (up to 25%)

The following is preferred for this role:

  • 10+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant scheduling experience for both engineering and construction

  • Bachelor's degree in general STEM

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Project scheduling software

  • Familiarity with industry cost reporting techniques and responsibilities

  • Ability to conduct schedule risk analysis with industry software
