Job description

Position Description: We are looking for a Paint Booth Maintenance Technician (ECT) aka the modern-day Superman. Paint is the Earth's kryptonite, and it is up to you to rid iSi's customers facilities of this harmful substance. Of course, all superheroes must provide paint booth maintenance services in accordance with applicable regulations and in a manner that will meet facility required production rates. Intrigued? Click 'QUICK APPLY' Position Responsibilities: Maintain all filters to ensure adequate inventory is available to prevent interruption of production and in compliance with regulations. Remove spent filters from booths and replace with new filters according to filter specifications. Remove spent paper and/or cardboard flooring and replace. Clean grated flooring. Remove spent residues from booth surfaces so booths operate properly. Remove peel coat from internal surfaces of paint booths and reapply the materials. Sweep and shovel debris from the booths. Dispose of paint booth residue and debris. Remove and apply paper to bars. Apply tape to bars and machines as needed. Perform power washing activities. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, up to Level C. Perform decontamination activities, such as cleaning the respirator. Ensure proper functioning of, clean, and maintain PPE. Comply with safety policies and procedures. Operate power tools, lifts, and other equipment safely. Provide additional support as needed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Communication Skills - Excellent verbal communication skills. Customer Service - Strong customer service orientation. Safety Equipment - Strong ability to work safely with equipment. Team Environment - Strong team player. Certifications - 24-hour HAZWOPER training (provided). Attendance - Regular attendance and punctuality. Preferred Skills and Experience - Prior experience in the fields of maintenance, janitorial, or construction.
