This full-time Physician Assistant position is based onsite within our modern hospital facility, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient care. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments by obtaining detailed medical histories and performing thorough physical examinations to identify both normal and abnormal findings.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Evaluate and interpret diagnostic studies, ordering necessary tests and assisting in the selection of optimal treatment plans.
  • Manage the ordering of laboratory tests and therapeutic procedures, ensuring prompt and accurate results for patient care.
  • Coordinate referrals for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and nursing services, aligning care plans with patient needs.
  • Demonstrate competence in advanced procedures, maintaining compliance with established protocols and obtaining informed consent as required.
  • Facilitate hospital admissions and discharges, completing all necessary documentation to ensure continuity of care.
  • Assist in surgical procedures within the operating room under the supervision of a licensed physician, maintaining patient safety and surgical protocols.
  • Recognize urgent clinical situations and initiate appropriate interventions, ensuring patient safety at all times.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and compliance with legal regulations, contributing to the overall standards and efficacy of our healthcare services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The PA in this role will primarily focus on adult and geriatric patients suffering from a variety of pain-related issues. This includes, but is not limited to, chronic pain syndromes, post-operative pain management, and other complex pain management needs. Understanding the unique challenges faced by this demographic, including age-specific care requirements, will be critical to delivering effective treatment and support.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree or higher from an accredited college or university, along with graduation from a PA program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, Inc.
  • Current Physician Assistant State Licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and a valid DEA registration.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in pain management or related clinical setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to enhance patient care efficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a full caseload effectively.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
