We are looking for a First Shift Service Coordinator to help manage emergency truck and trailer repair calls. Previous dispatch and trucking experience are not required. We will train the right person.
This role is ideal for someone coming from a high-standard restaurant, hotel, retail, customer service, or hospitality environment who is ready for more responsibility.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INCLUDE
โ€ข Answering a call from a stranded commercial driver
โ€ข Gathering the information needed to send help
โ€ข Dispatching a mobile repair technician
โ€ข Updating the customer as the technician travels to the location
โ€ข Helping the technician with forms, job details, or customer requirements
โ€ข Tracking multiple active service calls
โ€ข Reviewing photos, notes, and completion documents
โ€ข Making sure each job reaches the finish line
