NA - Nursing Assistant

Caring for others is a calling - Be part of a team that has the sole purpose of making our resident's feel loved and cared for as well as giving you the opportunity to grow into a career that has daily meaning as well as career, personal and financial growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A NA's primary responsibilities are to ensure patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs who provide more advanced care. You'll be mentored by some of our most experienced nurses to help you learn on the job and prepare you to take the CNA exam. Our nursing assistants have a variety of tasks and are key players at our facility.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Good listening skills
  • Excellent customer service, energized individual with compassion for assisting others
  • Willing to improve their standing by obtaining the Nurse Assistant certification (C.N.A.). Certification training is paid for by our organization.
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English
  • Bilingual is a plus
