• Assist with event/ booth setup, including arranging displays and preparing promotional materials.
• Must be eager to interact in conversations with guests using interpersonal skills
• Schedule appointments for our customers to meet with sales consultants regarding our products that Renewal by Andersen offers
• Ability to stand upright during your scheduled shift, stay energetic and approachable (you are the face of the company in this role) Benefits:
• Competitive Pay Rate at $15.00 hr. plus earned uncapped commission (Combination of guaranteed hourly pay $15.00 hr. and uncapped commission pay, most team members earn between $17.00-$24.00 hr. average)
• 90 day evaluation pay increase and annual increases thereafter
• Flexible Schedule in a fun work environment (tradeshows, festivals and store coverage)

• Previous experience in customer service settings that include restaurant, hospitality and retail sales is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with event marketing and retail environment is a plus
• Willingness to learn our techniques in lead generation and appointment setting
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
• Valid Drivers' License
• High School Diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
