Overview
This role is essential to supporting the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department and ensuring continuity in administrative, event, and office management functions. Key responsibilities would include:
Job Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining office operations, including mail distribution, invoice processing and payments, travel reconciliation, maintenance requests, office supply orders, budget tracking, and related administrative functions
  • Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events
  • Supporting marketing initiatives through the creation of basic promotional materials, office flyers, social media posts, and other marketing collateral
  • Coordinating travel-related logistics and reconciliation
  • Managing multiple projects and competing priorities while ensuring deadlines are met
Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to learn new material quickly
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Basic graphic design and content creation skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
