Full-Time RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) – Overnight Sleep Technologist | Baltimore, MD

Forward Healthcare, a nationally recognized leader in sleep medicine, is hiring a full-time Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) for an overnight position at our AASM-accredited sleep center in Howard County, Baltimore. Position Summary

This full-time overnight RPSGT role involves conducting polysomnographic sleep studies, scoring and interpreting sleep data, and providing technical support to our clinical team. We're looking for a skilled sleep technologist with strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive overnight polysomnographic (PSG) sleep studies
  • Accurately score and interpret sleep study data using AASM scoring guidelines
  • Collaborate with sleep medicine physicians to support diagnostic and treatment decisions
  • Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of all sleep study procedures
  • Set up, calibrate, and maintain sleep lab equipment and technology
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during overnight sleep studies

Qualifications

  • Active RPSGT certification (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) — required
  • Valid Maryland Board of Physicians (MBP) license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Prior experience in sleep medicine or polysomnography required
  • Pediatric sleep study experience strongly preferred, or willingness to work with pediatric patients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
  • Reliable commute to Howard County, MD, or willingness to relocate
