Duties
  • Follow blueprints, schematics and diagrams
  • Assemble and install commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork and equipment, per manufacturer's instructions and requirements
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Layout, measure and mark out dimensions
  • Take field measurements, calculate offsets, and perform layouts
  • Lead, direct and train apprentices in a positive, efficient and professional manner
  • Administer and model company policy on job sites and work areas
Requirements
  • Experience with commercial HVAC Installation
  • Ability to handle physical workload and work in a rigorous environment
  • Experience with power tools, including reciprocal saw, drill, and other industry related tools
  • Eagerness and willingness to learn and grow with the business and trade
  • Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong mechanical abilities
  • Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with Customers, Supervisors, and co-workers
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Forklift operation and construction background preferred
  • Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's
