THIS IS A 1-YEAR INTERNSHIP AT 20 HOURS PER WEEK
Responsibilities:
  • Finance interns will work with accounting, financial analyst, and financial leadership teams to learn and sharpen basic and advanced finance skills, analysis, research, balancing, reporting, and communication
  • Interns will learn to leverage tools for improving efficiency and accuracy during reviews
  • Interns will work independently and collaboratively across teams to provide perspectives and insights for special projects identified by leadership as part of strategic growth initiatives
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills will be encouraged and sharpened
  • Interns will participate in team meetings, where they'll learn about how finance initiatives and projects take shape

Requirements:
  • Degree-seeking students currently enrolled at a college or university
  • Finance or Accounting majors, Junior, Senior, or Graduate level preferred with a current GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and flexible
  • Excellent communication skills and strong problem solving, decision making and financial analysis skills
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Team player

The hourly rate for this role is $15.00. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications, and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and may be applicable based on the role.
