  • Professional, dependable, driven, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability and willingness to assist in other apparel, warehouse, production, or operations functions as needed.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to distinguish colors and inspect print quality.
  • Ability to work around industrial machinery in a warehouse production environment.
  • Ability to tolerate moderate to high noise levels.
  • Ability to work in seasonal hot and cold warehouse temperatures.

Schedule
This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Additional hours, overtime, or schedule adjustments may be required based on production demands, workload, and seasonal business needs.
Why Join EPI?
