Job description

Objective:
 
The Service Coordinator, together with the Field Service Supervisor, makes up the core team to support our customers. This role works closely with various people within the Field Service Department to ensure accuracy of various data and paperwork and to make sure customers are receiving timely and quality service.
 
 Responsibilities:
  • Open, process, review, adjust and close work orders according to company procedures, coordinate payments with customers
  • Ensuring timely and accurate entry of labor codes, hours and rates of pay
  • Answer and route customer phone calls  
  • Approve vendor invoices for payment and submit to Accounting for processing
  • Coordinate or participate in all necessary company system and procedure training
  • Acts as a liaison between customers, employees and supervisors on various questions or issues
 Occasional/Responsibilities:
  • Perform HR Liaison responsibilities
  • Perform other clerical functions depending on store location and need such as distributing mail, maintaining office equipment, ordering office and maintenance supplies, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in an administrative support role
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong with numbers
  • Customer First mindset to provide exceptional service to customers
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Compensation - $23.95 hour, plus full benefits!
