Pay Range: $45โ€“$60 per hour + Performance Bonuses | $100,000+ Annual Earning Potential
Schedule: Full-Time | Mondayโ€“Friday | 40+ Hours Per Week | Overtime & Rotating On-Call Schedule

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems
  • Service rooftop units, chillers, boilers, package units, split systems, and zone controls
  • Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
  • Document service work and communicate recommendations to customers
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while working independently and as part of a team
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
  • EPA Universal 608 Certification required
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Eligibility to obtain a DoD-level security clearance
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation

Preferred Qualifications

  • HVAC Technical School certificate
  • NATE Certification
  • Experience working with A2L refrigerants

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
