Job description

Position Overview

TEEMA is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager – Solutions Integration Lead to support a large-scale healthcare IT integration initiative. This role will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solution integrations within an Athena EMR implementation environment, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and technical readiness are met across multiple stakeholders.

This is a remote position, with limited on-site support required during critical Go-Live phases.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own overall project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path for solution integrations

  • Lead coordination of integration activities across technical, operational, and vendor teams

  • Track deliverables, risks, issues, constraints, and mitigation plans

  • Ensure integration readiness across systems, workflows, and data flows

  • Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, working sessions, and executive readouts

  • Manage stakeholder communication and escalation as needed

  • Partner closely with IT, operations, and third-party vendors to ensure successful execution

  • Support Go-Live activities and post-implementation stabilization


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in IT project management or healthcare technology delivery

  • Hands-on experience with Athena EMR implementations (required)

  • Strong background in system integrations within healthcare environments

  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects

  • Experience working with multiple vendors and technical teams

  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with healthcare systems such as PACS, MRI, or clinical workflows preferred
