Job Title: Packer/Stackers –1st Shift 6am-6:30pm Weekday shift
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Location: Kings Mountain, NC
Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Day Shift
  • Week 1: Monday – Thursday
  • Week 2: Monday – Wednesday
  • Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Packers to join a growing manufacturing team in Kings Mountain, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment while ensuring products are packaged accurately and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pack finished products according to company specifications and quality standards
  • Inspect products for defects before packaging
  • Sort and prepare products for shipment
  • Maintain accurate production counts and documentation
