Mitsubishi Chemical Polyester Film has posted Entry Level Packing/Warehouse Operator positions for our Packing/Warehouse Department. Starting pay is $19.70 with open progression up to $25.40 depending on certification. $1.00/hr. differential paid for night shifts and $1.50/hr. differential paid for weekend shifts. Benefits are offered on day one and we offer an on-site medical center.
Job Responsibilities:

Wrap, package, and transport film safely in a manufacturing work environment following established processes and procedures.

Certify and learn job according to training documentation and certify to required level.

Take directions from team leader and supervisor.

Pull and locate products efficiently and accurately for upcoming transfers and/or customer shipments.

Load and unload trailers (if assigned as Warehouse operator)

Read and process shipping documents
Requirements

High School diploma or GED from a school accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or state/country of residence

Must be able to pass on-the-job training requirements which may include physical - lifting, pushing and pulling, computer-based safety training, and forklift training.

Must be dependable and able to work in team-based environment.

Good written and verbal communication skills

Computer skills

Must be able to pass post-offer onboarding requirements which include: hair and urine drug screen, background check, pre-employment physical exams

Able to work 12 hour shifts.

There are four shift models. You will be assigned a shift after completing the initial training: Monday-Thursday 7am-7pm, Monday-Thursday 7pm-7am, Friday-Sunday 7am-7pm, Friday-Sunday 7pm-7am.
