Job description

Kelly Services is partnering with a leading manufacturing company who is looking for a Packer in Bridgewater, MA.
  • Shift: 7:30 -3:30
  • Pay: $19 
Responsibilities: 
  • Maintains zero-defect standards, ensuring all packages meet clinical precision requirements.
  • Inspects and packages products manually to maintain quality where automation is not used.
  • Makes judgment calls on assembly to comply with study blinding and work order standards.
  • Ensures consistency between work orders to support clinical blinding.
  • Proposes solutions and resolves issues to uphold zero-defect goals.
  • Works with serialized kit numbers in complex packaging lots.
  • Completes batch records and documentation per company and customer requirements.
  • PAPR certification preferred for handling specific products.
  • Handles refrigerated/frozen products following proper procedures and gowning.
  • Determines best pack-out methods, labeling, and storage when not specified.
  • Inspects for defects, verifies labeling and packaging standards, and reports issues as needed.
Qualifications: 
  • 1 year of experience in clinical or pharmaceutical packaging environment strongly 
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to zero-defect quality standards
  • Ability to perform manual inspection and packaging without reliance on automation
