Day Shift: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM 
Night Shift: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM

JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time; these responsibilities are as follows:

  • Keep work area clean and organized and within 6S standardization.
  • Report any equipment failures, safety issues or concerns to leaders.
  • Work safely, following all safety policies and proactively participating in the safe work of others and the safety of the overall environment.
  • Engage in other miscellaneous support work to enable the team to be successful and as requested by plant leadership.
  • Assist in the duties of other team members, including helping to clean other areas of the operation, supporting finished goods inventory movement, collecting trash, cardboard, and recycling materials, etc.
  • Compliance to GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations as required by the company, customers, and/or government agencies.
  • Always be willing to help other support other teams with open tasks and projects.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing packaging to ensure product stability and conformity during shipments.
  • Packing containers and supporting packing operations in an active, fast-paced environment to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor final verification of containers to ensure they are free of defects and/or debris.
  • Demonstrate a desire for Radius production improvements, provide examples of safety focus, teamwork initiatives, and illustrate positive contributions to their direct and shared work environment.
