Job Title: Picker/ Packer

Job Description

This role supports pharmacy compounding operations in a controlled cleanroom environment by accurately picking, counting, and packing medical supplies and components. Ensure that all pharmaceutical compounding orders are prepared safely, accurately, and in full compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and count medical supplies and components for pharmacy compounding orders with a high level of accuracy.
  • Accurately pack and label orders in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Work consistently in a cleanroom environment while following all gowning, hygiene, and cleanliness requirements.
  • Read and interpret pick tickets, labels, and basic written instructions to complete orders correctly.
  • Maintain organization and accuracy while handling sensitive medical supplies and components.
  • Safely climb ladders to retrieve items from top shelving when required.
  • Inspect products for accuracy, completeness, and damage prior to packing and shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area at all times.
  • Meet established productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support general warehouse and cleanroom activities such as inventory handling, labeling, and cleaning as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with order picking, packing, and warehouse packing in a production or distribution environment.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom or controlled environment while following strict hygiene and cleanliness procedures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
