The Manufacturing Operator role is responsible for:

• Operating paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment, including pumps, valves, filling machines, case packers, labelers, robotics, and forklifts

• Loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods

• Monitoring raw materials and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications

• Maintaining production records, equipment logs, and inventory levels

• Performing routine manufacturing tasks and minor equipment troubleshooting

• Supporting production schedules and collaborating with other departments to meet customer demands

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects
