Job description

Key Kleaning Service, Inc. is searching for cleaning and packing technicians! We go into homes that have had fires or floods and we need to hire several people to clean and pack our customers' contents. We are looking for individuals who can pay attention to detail and carefully clean and pack delicate items as well as clean walls, ceilings, floors, etc. Our starting pay is $16.00-$18.00 per hour. You do not need experience to apply, as we will train from the ground up, however, anyone with experience in the restoration industry may be able to start at a higher rate.

This is a full time position. Hours are Monday- Friday from 7:30 am- 4:00 pm. You will also be cross trained in water mitigation and will have the opportunity for overtime once assigned.

You must meet the following requirements to be hired:

1. Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

2. Clean criminal background with no felonies and no misdemeanors involving theft or assault.

3. Ability to stand for long periods of time.

4. Ability to lift/ carry at least 25 lbs.

5. Ability to withstand extreme weather conditions at times (hot houses in summer and cold houses in winter).
