Job Purpose / Summary:

Warehouse associates are responsible for various job duties within the warehouse/distribution center. These duties include, but are not limited to order picking, packing, and loading/unloading. Applicants must be able to work safely and productively within the warehouse environment and provide high-quality service to our customers through safe, efficient, accurate storage and handling of inventory.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

  • Performs warehouse functions including order picking, packing, and loading/unloading.
  • Ability to pull a 50 lb. cart throughout the warehouse.
  • Ability to locate products using technology (RF equipment)
  • Ability to read and interpret numbers and words from a pick ticket.
  • Follows company procedures and policies to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to company safety policy and guidelines to ensure safe working conditions for self and others.
  • Works cooperatively with other warehouse associates.
  • Participate in keeping the facility maintained in a clean, neat and orderly fashion.
  • Additional duties assigned by Lead or DC Managers.


Qualifications & Education Requirements:

To perform the job successfully, an individual must have the following:

  • Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience working with forklifts and other MHE is preferred.
  • Warehouse experience, particularly using RF equipment, is preferred.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.


Travel Required:

  • 0% Travel

Working Conditions / Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to perform any physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment, which may be non-air conditioned or heated, meaning the indoor temperature fluctuates with the seasons.
  • Utilize a computer and other tools for administrative support.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Lifting of objects up to 50 pounds, on occasion.
  • If certified, operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other machinery.
