Job description

Job Summary:
Inductotherm Corp. has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team in Rancocas, New Jersey, Monday-Friday, hours ranging from 5:00am-5:00pm, and may require occasional weekend work as needed.
The Warehouse Associate will assist with various Warehouse tasks, including storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. In this position you will be preparing orders by processing requests and supplying orders, pulling materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and should be computer literate. The Warehouse Associate will operate a forklift, overhead crane, electric pallet truck, double reach truck and cherry picker. Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Process and fulfill order requests by accurately picking, packing, and scanning materials
  • Store and organize inventory to maintain accuracy and accessibility
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using electronic warehouse systems
  • Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, overhead cranes, electric pallet trucks, double reach trucks, and cherry pickers
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly work area
  • Communicate effectively with team members and all levels of management
  • Perform general warehouse duties and support operations as needed.
  • Work regularly scheduled hours with the ability and willingness to work reasonable overtime.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong basic math skills; ability to read measuring devices such as rulers, tape measures, and formulas.
  • Ability to listen to and understand spoken information.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Experience reading bills of materials (BOMs)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle equipment responsibly
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to drive an automobile.
  • Ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must have good perception, able to see details at close range and be able to distinguish between colors.
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and safely climb.
  • Must be very coordinated, dexterous, have good strength (able to use both hands) and able to lift/move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Must make us aware of any surgical implants, pins, braces or other devices that could be affected by induction fields.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications.
Salary Range: $19.37 - $23.69/hour
