Job Description:

Milky Heart LLC is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Warehouse Fulfillment, Shipping & Quality Control Associate to join our e-commerce warehouse team in City of Industry, CA.


This is a full-time, hands-on warehouse position. The role will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, checking product quality and quantities, organizing inventory, preparing customer orders, and handling daily packing and shipping tasks.


The ideal candidate should be responsible, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce warehouse environment.


Responsibilities:


* Receive incoming shipments from suppliers and freight carriers

* Count and verify cartons, products, SKUs, and quantities against packing lists or receiving documents

* Inspect merchandise for damage, defects, stains, missing items, incorrect products, or packaging issues

* Perform quality control checks before products are accepted into inventory

* Take photos and report damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective merchandise to the manager

* Sort, label, organize, and store approved inventory in the correct warehouse locations

* Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory organization

* Pick customer orders accurately

* Pack customer orders securely and efficiently

* Print and apply shipping labels

* Prepare packages for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other shipping carriers

* Double-check products, quantities, and shipping information before orders are shipped

* Organize completed packages for carrier pickup

* Help maintain receiving, inventory, packing, and shipping areas

* Assist with moving and organizing cartons and merchandise as needed

* Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized

* Communicate inventory, receiving, quality control, or shipping issues to the manager

* Perform other warehouse and fulfillment duties as needed


Qualifications:

* Reliable, punctual, and responsible

* Strong attention to detail

* Good organizational skills

* Able to work efficiently and accurately

* Basic computer skills

* Comfortable using shipping labels, order systems, and warehouse-related software

* Previous warehouse, receiving, shipping, packing, fulfillment, or quality control experience preferred

* E-commerce warehouse experience is a plus

* Able to stand and move around for extended periods

* Able to lift and move cartons as required

* Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team


Work Environment:
