The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to consumers shipped via Amazon. This role ensures accurate and timely order processing in line with Amazon's vendor requirements and guidelines. Attention to detail and a great team working spirit are what we are looking for. You need to be passionate about getting the order right and making sure our customers receive it as fast as possible. Prior experience with fulfilling e-commerce orders is preferred.

In summary, you will be responsible for…

  • Order Picking: Accurately retrieve items from designated storage locations according to the order pick list. Verify that product type and quantity match order requirements.

  • Order Packing: Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit, following packaging and labeling guidelines.

  • Fulfillment Proficiency: Demonstrate strong picking and packing skills across Venchi’s website, Amazon direct fulfillment/vendor orders, and dropship partner accounts.

  • Co-Packing & Confectionary Support: Assist with co-packing tasks and prepare gift box items, ensuring confectionery presentation meets company standards.

  • Quality Control: Inspect items for damages, defects, or discrepancies prior to shipping. Confirm orders are complete and meet established quality standards.

  • Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, restocking, and replenishment. Report any inventory discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor promptly.

  • Shipping & Logistics: Prepare and print shipping labels. Ensure orders are dispatched on schedule, coordinating with carriers and arranging pickups when necessary.

  • Documentation & Systems: Update order records within the inventory management system and maintain accurate shipment documentation.

  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Take a proactive approach in supporting co-workers on various projects. Maintain a collaborative, team-oriented mindset in day-to-day operations.

  • Workplace Safety & Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free. Follow all company safety procedures, compliance standards, and operational policies.

  • Scheduling & Availability: General availability between 7 AM – 7 PM (two shifts during peak season) and availability to work Saturdays, particularly the weekends of 11/29 and 12/6.
